Today, I am reflecting on the incredible conversations I’ve had over the past couple of weeks. These are with professionals who are eager to improve their English Language and Communication Skills.
I’ve been running initial consultations with prospective clients by Zoom or MS Teams. We talk about their current communication challenges and discuss their short-term professional goals. Together, we come up with a concrete plan for where to begin and how to proceed. In addition, I’ve been conducting and analyzing speech assessments for new 1-on-1 coaching clients. We are at the start of a new coaching program.
Of course, I’ve also been diving back into working with my long-term 1-on-1 coaching clients. 🙌
